FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
Simply send us an email to aandlhometownphotography@gmail.com or message us through our Facebook page.
How many images will I receive?
The amount of images you receive will depend on the collection you choose
Where are you based?
We are based out of Longview Texas.
Do you travel?
Yes we do! All sessions within an hour driving distance from Gilmer Texas are covered in your session fee. Locations further than an hour distance, are subject to a travel fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turn around time is 4-6 weeks. We also offer a faster delivery option of 2-3 days with our Rush Edits add-on.
Do you provide props?
Yes! We provide everything for our Newborn and Cake smash sessions. Maternity and Boudoir clients have access to our client closets but are welcome to bring outfits as well.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Upon booking, a 50% retainer will be due in order to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due the morning of the session.
What is your policy on rescheduling?
We understand life happens. So don't worry, we are flexible on rescheduling! To reschedule please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. The new session date will need to be within 4 weeks from original date.
Are the retainers refunded if clients cancel?
All Retainers are NON REFUNDABLE if client cancels. However if I, (the photographer) for any reason have to cancel, your money will be refunded.
